Roasted Okra
Roasting okra is a great way to make this healthy veg a whole lot less slimy. This simple side dish is the perfect pairing to any main dish!
Ingredients
450g okra
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and peppe
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Trim the ends of the Okra then slice in half lengthways.
- Spread out onto a sheet of baking paper in one even layer.
- Toss Okra with oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 30 minutes, tossing once midway through.
- Enjoy with any main course!
