Roasted Carrots with Honey & Thyme
So simple yet packed full of flavour, our recipe for these delicious roasted Dutch Carrots can be enjoyed alongside your favourite protein.

Ingredients
2 bunches Dutch Carrots trimmed, scrubbed and halved
4 tbsp olive oil
4 sprigs thyme leaves only
60 g unsalted butter
1 tbsp. Dawson’s Honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
- Place the carrots in a baking dish. Add the olive oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle over the thyme leaves and bake for 35 minutes or until tender.
- Turn the carrots occasionally while baking.
- Remove the carrots from the oven, and add the honey and the butter. Toss to coat.
- Return carrots to the oven and bake for a further 3 – 5 minutes, or until the carrots are cooked.
- Serve immediately.
