PASTA CHIPS WITH LEAF CHIP SALT

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of penne pasta
  • 1 lt chicken stock
  • Leaf Chip Salt
  • Dried basil
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)

Method: 

  1. Boil pasta in some stock, strain pasta, add a good splash of olive oil, a generous sprinkle of Leaf Chip Salt, a sprinkle of dried basil and a handful of grated parmesan cheese. ⁠
  2. ⁠Mix around until all of the pasta is well coated and put into a preheated oven on around 200 degrees celsius. Make sure the pasta is spread out to allow each chip to get nice and crispy. ⁠
  3. ⁠It will take around 20 minutes for them to have a nice crispy brown on them – when your mouth is watering, that’s when you know they are ready! ⁠
  4. ⁠Dunk into your favourite dip and enjoy!
