Grilled Asparagus & Ricotta Pizza
Made with our favourite Smokehouse Pizza bases, this grilled asparagus and ricotta pizza is so simple, and packed full of flavour.

Ingredients
1/4 cup That’s Amore Ricotta cheese
1/2 bunch asparagus grilled
1 tbsp lemon zest grated
olive oil
Smokehouse pizza bases
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Remove Smokehouse Pizza bases from the packet and lightly brush one side with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- On an ovenproof tray, place the pizza bases, with the oiled side facing up.
- Place in the oven until crispy and golden, approximately 15 – 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with ricotta cheese, lemon zest and asparagus.
- Cook until cheese melts and toppings are heated through.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
