Grilled Asparagus & Ricotta Pizza

Made with our favourite Smokehouse Pizza bases, this grilled asparagus and ricotta pizza is so simple, and packed full of flavour.

Ingredients

1/4 cup That’s Amore Ricotta cheese
1/2 bunch asparagus grilled

1 tbsp lemon zest grated
olive oil
Smokehouse pizza bases
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Remove Smokehouse Pizza bases from the packet and lightly brush one side with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. On an ovenproof tray, place the pizza bases, with the oiled side facing up.
  4. Place in the oven until crispy and golden, approximately 15 – 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with ricotta cheese, lemon zest and asparagus.
  6. Cook until cheese melts and toppings are heated through.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
  8. Enjoy!
