CRISPY PERSIAN SPICED BEANS
Ingredients:
- Leaf Persian bean mix
- Water
- Olive oil
- Cumin seeds
- Nigella seeds
- Chilli flakes
Method
- Soak beans in water for 24-36 hours.
- Rinse and dry beans on a tea towel.
- Coat beans with yummy spice mix and olive oil (we used cumin seeds, salt, chilli flakes & nigella seeds).
- Bake on around 200 degrees celcius for approximately 30 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
