CRISPY PERSIAN SPICED BEANS

Ingredients: 

  • Leaf Persian bean mix
  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • Cumin seeds
  • Nigella seeds
  • Chilli flakes

Method

  1. Soak beans in water for 24-36 hours.
  2. Rinse and dry beans on a tea towel⁠.
  3. Coat beans with yummy spice mix and olive oil (we used cumin seeds, salt, chilli flakes & nigella seeds)⁠.
  4. Bake on around 200 degrees celcius for approximately 30 minutes or until golden and crunchy⁠.
