MEATBALLS WITH A HOMEMADE CAPSICUM SAUCE
Ingredients:
- 2 capsicums
- 1 jar passata
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- A handful of basil
- Homemade or store-bought meatballs
Method:
- Chop onion, garlic and capsicums and fry together in a pan on high heat.
- Add in tomatoes, a sprinkle of sea salt and passata.
- Remove from pan and blend together.
- Fry off meatballs and add in capsicum sauce.
- Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
