At the moment we deliver to 100 suburbs in Melbourne.

Do  you  deliver  to  workplaces  as  well  as  homes?


I’m  outside  the  delivery  area,  how  can  you  help?

We will be reviewing our delivery area so if you’d like to email your details to hello@theleafstore.com.au  we’ll keep you informed on when we’re coming to your neighbourhood.

How  much  is  delivery  and  do  you  offer  a  same  day  service?

Delivery is $8.95 Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, and $14.95 10am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday. Monday to Thursday we also offer delivery between 4pm and 7pm for $8.95.

Our delivery cut off times are 4 hours before the first hour of the scheduled delivery time.

If you have forgotten to put your order in,and want it today, don't worry, just call us on 03 9531 6542 and we will try to help you out. Just remember, you are dealing with a store that is open, not a faceless warehouse.

Is  there  a  minimum  spend?

Yes. It is $30.

Does  someone  need  to  be  in  to  receive  my  order?

No. But if no-one will be in please let us know where we ought to leave your order. Note, this must be somewhere actually within your property and not simply out on the nature strip.

Do  I  personally  need  to  sign  for  the  delivery?

No. But, as noted above, if no-one will be in please let us know where we ought to leave your order; this must be somewhere actually within your property and not simply out on the nature strip.

Can  I  track  my  order?

Yes (and thankfully not via a faceless computer system). Call us on 03 95316542 and we’ll tell you what you need to know.

How  is  your  service  different,  better  even?

With us you will never end up receiving squashed sourdough, flattened salad, rock hard avocados or utterly unripe bananas (unless you tell us that’s how you want them in which case they’ll be the best unripe bananas you’ve ever had). Why? Well because you will be paired with a Leaf Personal Shopper. They will pick your order with care and pack it with intelligence. Should you, at any point, have a question, suggestion or comment, they’ll be your point of contact. Should you have an extra special request, like sending an order as a gift or to a holiday cottage (see below), they will be there to help. If you know us through our store in Elwood and you have a favourite team member that you’d like to be your Leaf Personal Shopper just let us know. If they are working when your order needs fulfilling we promise they’ll be the one to do it for you.

How  do  you  keep  my  order  in  tip-top  condition?

We pair your order with a Leaf Personal Shopper who, as stated above, picks and packs your order then we deliver it in a refrigerated van as quickly as possible.

What  happens  if  there’s  been  a  mistake?

We pride ourselves on getting things right but since we are only human we accept that occasionally we may get something wrong in which case we urge you to call us immediately on 03 9531 6542 so that we can apologise then make amends quickly, without fuss and, of course, without charge.

Can  you  “gift”  my  order?

Yes. We will happily turn your order into a gift, complete with complimentary handwritten gift tag. Just tell us what you want us to write on the tag and where you want the gift to be sent in the “special delivery instructions” box and we’ll do the rest, providing of course the address is within our delivery area.

How  eco-friendly  is  all  of  this?

Like you we try to tread lightly on the Earth so we use recycled cardboard produce boxes for all our deliveries. On request we can use recycled polystyrene produce boxes. Once you’ve finished with these boxes, leave them for us to collect at our next delivery and we’ll dispose of them, thoughtfully of course.
