Method

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave soy milk for 45 seconds.
  2. Pour in rolled oats, matcha powder and linseeds (or flax seeds) into soy milk.
  3. Stir to mix well.
  4. Once mixture has cooled, refrigerate overnight, or for at least four hours.
  5. Before serving, top with Gold Kiwifruit and blueberries.
  6. Enjoy!
