Matcha Overnight Oats
Such a quick and easy breakfast option, prepare these matcha overnight oats before you go to bed, and wake up to a delicious bowl of goodness.

Ingredients
OATS
- 1 cup Bonsoy Soy Milk
- 1/2 cup Kialla Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp linseeds flax seeds
TOPPINGS
- 2 Gold Kiwifruit sliced
- blueberries
Method
- In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave soy milk for 45 seconds.
- Pour in rolled oats, matcha powder and linseeds (or flax seeds) into soy milk.
- Stir to mix well.
- Once mixture has cooled, refrigerate overnight, or for at least four hours.
- Before serving, top with Gold Kiwifruit and blueberries.
- Enjoy!
