Easy Waffles 

Light, fluffy and ready in minutes, these easy waffles are sure to become a household favourite that the whole family will love.

Ingredients 

Method 

  1. Preheat waffle iron according to instructions. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk milk and eggs; pour over flour mixture and whisk gently to combine. Gently whisk in the butter.
  2. Pour in ½ cup of batter into the waffle iron. Cook waffles until deep brown and crisp, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve warm with maple syrup and butter, as Mum desires. Enjoy!
