UPSIDE DOWN PASTRY PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • Buffalo Mozzarella⁠
  • Salchichon or Salami⁠
  • Don Antonio Sauce for Pizza⁠
  • Fresh basil⁠
  • Hot Honey⁠
  • Puff pastry sheet⁠

Method: 

  1. Place a squeeze or dollop of the hot honey on a baking-paper line tray, and top it with one slice of Salchichon and mozzarella.⁠
  2. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 16 squares and brush each square with 1 tsp of the pizza sauce.⁠
  3. Place the puff pastry square on top of the mozzarella with the sauced side down. Press lightly.⁠
  4. Bake them at 180℃ for 20 minutes.⁠
  5. When they’re done garnish with fresh basil.
