UPSIDE DOWN PASTRY PIZZA
Ingredients:
- Buffalo Mozzarella
- Salchichon or Salami
- Don Antonio Sauce for Pizza
- Fresh basil
- Hot Honey
- Puff pastry sheet
Method:
- Place a squeeze or dollop of the hot honey on a baking-paper line tray, and top it with one slice of Salchichon and mozzarella.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 16 squares and brush each square with 1 tsp of the pizza sauce.
- Place the puff pastry square on top of the mozzarella with the sauced side down. Press lightly.
- Bake them at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
- When they’re done garnish with fresh basil.
