PASTA CHIPS WITH LEAF CHIP SALT
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of penne pasta
- 1 lt chicken stock
- Leaf Chip Salt
- Dried basil
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
Method:
- Boil pasta in some stock, strain pasta, add a good splash of olive oil, a generous sprinkle of Leaf Chip Salt, a sprinkle of dried basil and a handful of grated parmesan cheese.
- Mix around until all of the pasta is well coated and put into a preheated oven on around 200 degrees celsius. Make sure the pasta is spread out to allow each chip to get nice and crispy.
- It will take around 20 minutes for them to have a nice crispy brown on them – when your mouth is watering, that’s when you know they are ready!
- Dunk into your favourite dip and enjoy!
