CHARRED RADICCHIO WITH ORANGE, HAZELNUTS AND GOATS CHEESE
Ingredients:
- 1 head of radicchio
- 2 oranges
- Goats cheese
- Handful of hazelnuts
- Dill
- Honey
Method:
- Cut one of the oranges in half and brown on a hot pan. Charring the orange gets extra flavour and extra juice out of it!
- Cut your radicchio into quarters and char on a hot pan, adding the juice of one half of your charred orange.
- Roughly chop the hazelnuts.
- Segment your other orange.
- Plate the cooked radicchio, top with chopped dill, the orange segments, hazelnuts and some goats cheese. Squeeze over any remaining juice from your charred orange.
- We added dill, but tarragon would go beautifully with this dish as well.
- Drizzle honey over the top and enjoy!
