BAKED PRAWNS AND FETTA WITH PRESERVED LEMONS & SUMAC MARINADE:
Make the orange oil and labna 24 hours in advance.
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of chopped parsley (reserve a little for garnish)
- 250grams prawns
- 100grams of fetta cut into cubes
- 1-2 tsp of Jim Jams preserved lemon
- 1 tsp Herbie’s sumac
- Olive oil
Method:
Place all ingredients into a dish and mix around. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 200 degrees. Sprinkle some more chopped parsley on top and serve.
