Ingredients
4 rashers bacon
1/2 tbsp Noble Maple Syrup
Irrewarra Ciabatta, sliced
1 tbsp Doodles Creek Mayonnaise
2 leaves cos lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Place bacon on a wire rack and roast for 10-12 minutes, until the bacon is starting to crisp. Carefully brush both sides of the bacon with Noble Maple Syrup and roast for a further 2 minutes. Brush once more and roast for final 2 minutes, watching carefully. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile, place slices of Irrewarra Ciabatta in the oven until golden brown.
- Remove and spread one slice with mayonnaise and scatter over the lettuce.
- Sit the tomato and bacon on top then sandwich with the second slice of bread.
