Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse
A chocolate avocado mousse that is completely guilt free and loaded with superfoods and antioxidants, this delicious recipe is made from ripe hass avocados blended with raw cacao.
If you are looking for a lighter mousse, add a little splash of coconut milk or water.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Noble Maple Syrup
2 large ripe Hass avocados
1 tsp Equagold Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Loving Earth Raw Cacao Powder
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a powerful high speed blender adding the maple syrup first, followed by the avocado, vanilla and cacao.
- Blend for about thirty seconds, until smooth and creamy
- Add a splash of water or coconut milk to make a lighter mousse.
- Taste and adjust if needed.
- Spoon into a bowl and allow to set in the fridge.
