Sticky Cinnamon Figs
These sticky cinnamon figs are simple, elegant and delicious and to top it off, they are ready in just ten minutes.
Serve with Greek yoghurt, or Mascarpone.

Ingredients
knob of butter
4 tbsp Dawson’s Honey
1 handful Royal Nut Company Australian Pistachio Kernels
1 tbsp cinnamon or mixed spice
greek yoghurt to serve
Method
- Heat the grill to medium high. Cut a deep cross in the top of each fig and then ease the top apart like a flower.
- Place the figs in a baking dish and drop a small piece of butter in the centre of each fig. Drizzle the honey over the figs and sprinkle with the nuts and spices.
- Grill for 5 minutes or until the figs are softened and the honey and butter make a sticky sauce in the bottom of the dish.
- Serve warm with dollops of greek yoghurt.
