Coconut & Kiwi Fruit Chia Pudding
Kiwi fruit and coconut truly are the perfect flavour combination in this deliciously simple chia pudding.

Ingredients
1/4 cup black chia seeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Gold Kiwi Fruit peeled and sliced
Method
- Place all ingredients (except kiwi fruit) in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
- Place in the refrigerator and store for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator and top with kiwi fruit.
- Serve and enjoy!
