Bare Blends Protein Pancakes

Need to mix up your morning breakfast smoothie?? Try this amazing Bare Blends protein pancake recipe.

Ingredients

300g egg whites
30g Bare Blends Dark Cacao & Kakadu Plum Native WPI
50g Dads Oats
1 tbsp Loving Earth Raw Organic Cacao Powder
1 ripe banana
1/2 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. Simply place all ingredients into a bowl and use a stick mixer to combine (or in a blender).
  2. Lightly spray a fry pan with coconut oil or rice bran oil.
  3. Bring pan to a low-medium heat and then add the pancake batter (approx 3-4 tablespoons at a time to form each pancake).
  4. Once little bubbles appear, it’s time to flip!
  5. Serve with fresh berries, banana, pure maple syrup, lemon, or get creative with your own toppings!
  6. Enjoy!
