Gourmet Juniors Banana and Tahini Energy Balls

These Energy Balls from our friends at Gourmet Juniors are the perfect afternoon snack that will get you and the little ones through to dinner time thanks to the pack of protein they contain.

Ingredients

2 bananas mashed
2 cups oats
1/2 cup tahini
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 pinch ground cinnamon
quinoa flakes to cover

Method

  1. Mash bananas
  2. Add in all other ingredients and mix well to form a sticky yet solid consistency
  3. Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball
  4. Cover with quinoa flakes
  5. Refrigerate and enjoy within four days
