Baked Kale Chips

A guilt free chip, the recipe for these Baked Kale Chips is so simple, with only three ingredients and ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

1 bunch kale
1 tspĀ salt
1 tbspĀ olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. With a knife, or kitchen shears, carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
  4. Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
  5. Drizzle kale with olive and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake until the edges are brown but not burnt, about 10 to 15 minutes.
