Baked Kale Chips
A guilt free chip, the recipe for these Baked Kale Chips is so simple, with only three ingredients and ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 bunch kale
1 tspĀ salt
1 tbspĀ olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- With a knife, or kitchen shears, carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces.
- Wash and thoroughly dry kale.
- Drizzle kale with olive and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until the edges are brown but not burnt, about 10 to 15 minutes.
