Frozen Finger Lime Margarita

Add finger lime to this frozen finger lime margarita for an extra twist!

Ingredients

120ml tequila
90ml squeezed lime juice and finely grated zest (approximately 2 limes)
30ml Cointreau
2 cups crushed ice
Agave syrup, to taste
2 tsp finger lime caviar

Method

  1. Combine the tequila, lime juice and zest, Cointreau and ice in a blender and puree until slushy.
  2. Sweeten with agave and pour into chilled margarita glasses.
  3. Garnish with lime caviar.
  4. Enjoy!
